X-70 Space Robot or Tulip Head

T.N. or Toys Nomura made a completely unique toy know as the X-70.

 Collectors know this head transforming to simply as Tulip Head robot.   The head rotates and neck collar lights up.  “Pedals” open up to reveal a T.V. room.
